Kennedy D. Nate is currently a 3L at the S.J. Quinney College of Law . Mr. Nate has experience in the areas of personal injury law, insurance defense, construction defect law, complex litigation and appellate practice.  Additionally, he gained valuable courtroom exposure working as an extern to Justice Jill N. Parrish and as an extern to the Honorable Clark Waddoups in the Utah Federal District Court.

Mr. Nate will be sitting for the July Bar examination for the State of Utah in 2012 following his graduation.
