Michael C. Van is a Las Vegas lawyer and managing partner in the firm. Mr Van’s law practice is both a transactional and civil litigation practice primarily in the fields of real estate, commercial, corporate, construction, collections, contracts, bodily injury, landlord/tenant and bankruptcy. Mr. Van has extensive experience representing developers, general contractors, and subcontractor clients in the residential and commercial arenas. In general, his construction practice involves contract negotiation, payment disputes, lien notices, collections, foreclosure actions, construction and design defect claims, contract claims, many other construction related issues. Mr. Van has successfully represented construction related claims and cases valued at millions of dollars.

Mr. Van graduated with his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Whittier College School of Law. Mr. Van is a member of the Nevada and Utah bar associations and practices in both state and federal court. He has also been a member of the Justice of the Peace, Pro Tempore Panel since September 1999.
