Judges and juries are only human and can make very unexpected decisions, which makes litigation risky for both parties.

The attorneys at our law firm that mediate commercial disputes are experienced, knowledgeable about dispute resolution tactics and strategies, and have relationships with many of the mediators that are utilized for such mediations. Even though mediation is a fairly informal process, it is often beneficial to treat it as though it is a mini-trial because preparation and strategy are key to success, and our attorneys care a lot about client success.

A number of our attorneys also act as mediators and have proven to be very effective when it comes to resolving difficult disputes. Experience in court and understanding the likely results of any litigated claim helps our mediators to impart wisdom to the parties in an attempt to help them resolve their dispute without significant cost or stress. If you have a complex dispute that you would like to have mediated then please feel free to contact us at any time to schedule a mediation.

Mediation Services Provided By Our Law Firm

Our attorneys believe that any negotiated result is more successful than any result a judge or jury would provide for all parties involved.

Employment

Conflict often happens in professional relationships and work environments. Co-workers spend countless hours together and, when disagreements happen (as they always do), morale and productivity can be adversely affected.

Without a resolution, good employees can quit, relationships may dissolve, profitability can diminish, and sometimes employers will get sued. Mediation can offer a confidential place for employees and employers to work through their differences and resolve issues that have arisen.

Per-Party Rates

Attending a mediation is not always easy for one or both of the parties; this is why we offer both in person and video-conference mediation services. Thanks to modern technology, video-conferenced mediation is easy, secure, and can make the mediation process more affordable.

$150.00

Two Hours Mediation

Oftentimes parties to a dispute want to resolve a particular issue or thing that the dispute could be settled in a short amount of time, which is why we offer a two-hour block rather than starting at a half-day.

$250.00

Half-Day Mediation

Most mediations require at least four hours to make significant progress related to a dispute. The parties can select an 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. slot or a 1:00 to 5:00 slot. Our mediators will accommodate other slots upon request if their schedule allows.

$500.00

Full-Day Mediation

Full-day mediations are often successful because the parties have sufficient time to work through issues and come up with viable solutions, as well as craft the agreement. Our mediators will accommodate any reasonable nine-hour block (including a one-hour lunch) for a full-day mediation.

Custom Mediation

For custom accommodations, our mediators charge $150 per hour, plus travel expenses if such are required.
