Margaret Manning

Margaret is an attorney in our law firm’s Las Vegas office. Margaret primarily focuses her law practice on civil and business litigation matters, but she regularly engages with other litigation practice groups throughout the firm in order to hone her legal acumen and gain perspective about litigation strategies in venues she does not regularly practice in.
Prior to joining our law firm, Margaret gained valuable experience working for a boutique litigation law firm and for the City of Henderson. During law school, Margaret worked with the Honorable Judge Sweeney at the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court in St. Louis, Missouri. These experiences provided Margaret with exceptional insights into how to engage with courts and government agencies as a lawyer seeking tangible results for her clients rather than just engaging in the legal process.
Margaret’s clients know her to be a zealous advocate and friend. She is interested in each client as an individual, and when applicable, as a business owner, and is always seeking to ensure that she understands and appreciates their interests in any lawsuit. Lawsuits are difficult enough for the parties involved, and Margaret’s clients appreciate the feeling that she is always there to take some of the stress of their plates so that they can focus on their lives while she focuses on winning the war.
