Adam is a St. George native working out of our law firm’s Southern Utah office where he focuses primarily on business, securities, intellectual property, and general transactional law. He also has experience in compliance, administrative agency, employment, and commercial real estate law.

Adam received his B.A. from BYU, where he was one of few students ever invited to attend BYU’s law school while simultaneously finishing his undergraduate studies. While attending law school, Adam contributed to several works of legal scholarship, including several publications with Oxford University Press. Adam was also initiated into the international legal honor society Phi Delta Phi and received the J. Reuben Clark Public Interest Service Award in recognition of his pro bono efforts throughout the course of law school.

Adam joined the firm after completing a nine-month externship with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement located in Salt Lake City as part of their Honors Program. Adam also worked as a law clerk for Senator Mike Lee in Washington D.C. and as an extern for Judge David Sam at the Federal District Court for the District of Utah during law school. Adam speaks fluent German and enjoys travel, politics, literature, and food. He is an avid outdoorsman and when he’s not in the office he is often out fishing, golfing, canyoneering, or riding his motorcycle. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Stefani and their two daughters.
