Brent Huntley is a partner at our law firm working out of our Las Vegas, Nevada, office where he practices primarily in commercial litigation, construction defect, and corporate law. He attended Brigham Young University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2008 and earned his position in the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. He furthered his education at the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate while maintaining his Dean’s Scholarship, Magna Cum Laude Honors, and a position on the Dean’s List. He was also an Editor of the Journal of Public Law and a member of the Moot Court Team during his time in law school.
Mr. Huntley gained global experience when he took advantage of the opportunity to study International Business Law at Central European University in Budapest, Hungary for four months as a visiting student.
Previous to joining the firm, Mr. Huntley participated in an internship at the Utah State House of Representatives as well as at Kerr Law Office PC in Oregon City, Oregon. He was a Law Clerk for Blunk and Walhood, LLC in West Linn, Oregon where he worked in insurance defense for construction defect and personal injury.
In his personal time, Mr. Huntley was a mentor for Provo Youth Mentoring while he was enrolled at BYU. During his summers in college he would coach for Ada County Baseball, YMCA Basketball and YMCA Volleyball. He also volunteered to serve for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Sapporo, Japan from 2003 until 2005, during which time he learned conversational Japanese.
Mr. Huntley has been happily married to his wife, Mallory Huntley, for five years and enjoys photography, collecting rare books, sports, traveling and the outdoors.
